Deleting your data
Last updated: August 6, 2026
What we hold
When you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram account or a LinkedIn profile to RanklyGo, we store an access token for that account, the account's name and id, and the posts you write or schedule through us along with the engagement figures those posts report back. We do not store your Facebook or LinkedIn password, and we never receive one.
Disconnecting one account
Sign in to RanklyGo, open the platform's page — Facebook & Instagram, or LinkedIn — and press Disconnect next to the account. Its access token is deleted immediately and RanklyGo can no longer read from or publish to it. Posts already published stay on the platform, because they belong to your account rather than to us.
Removing our access from Facebook
You can also revoke access from Facebook's own side, which works whether or not you still have a RanklyGo account: open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find RanklyGo, and remove it. Any token we hold stops working the moment you do, and our next attempt to use it fails and marks the connection as needing to be made again.
Instagram accounts are connected through the Facebook Page they belong to, so removing RanklyGo there removes both.
Deleting everything
To have your RanklyGo account and all data associated with it deleted — connected accounts and their tokens, clients, posts, drafts, uploaded media, scan results and engagement history — email privacy@ranklygo.com from the address you signed up with, asking for deletion. We will confirm within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you were invited into someone else's workspace as a client or a team member, deleting your account removes your access and your own uploads. The posts and clients belong to whoever runs that workspace and remain theirs — ask them to remove those.
Anything else
For access to a copy of your data, corrections, or any other question about how it is handled, see our Privacy Policy or write to the same address.
